Dream Ring

When I first graduated from college, I worked in the jewelry industry. Now, many years later, my husband wanted to give me an anniversary upgrade to a 3ct to 4ct pear. Because of my background, I had a clear set of expectations. After searching all over the country for the right jeweler and the right ring, we were so very fortunate to discover Dina at Diamond Violet. Dina was available for constant contact via email, text, and late night phone calls. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was terribly impressed with her integrity and promptness. The ring was sized and overnighted safely to me as promised. The piece is better than described and absolutely stunning. My close friend described it as a, "hand-grabber, " meaning that anyone would notice it from across the room and come grab my hand to get a better look. I will be a repeat customer for sure. WOW! Delighted by my new ring! Lovely customer service, and the ring is exactly as described and very very beautiful! Haven't seen a collection like this online anywhere else, especially at such good prices. It was nerve-wracking buying such a big ticket item online, but I am very glad I did! A breath of fresh air!!!

My boyfriend and I visited the diamond district in NY when we found some antique rings through a website. To say we were discouraged would be an understatement . The rings we made appointments to see were chintzy and nothing like the breath-taking photos we had seen. I looked online once more and found my dream ring on Diamond Violet's ETSY site. After some issues we were having with PayPal, we received our ring. Dina and her associates were VERY knowledgable and never seemed to mind my constant questions. Once we received the ring it was more breathtaking than the video had even shown. It came with a certification and appraisal and beautifully wrapped. Perfect engagement ring

I found the perfect engagement ring on the diamond violet website for my fiance. Living many states away, I was hesitant to make such an important purchase sight unseen. Snowflake Diamond Ring

I genuinely can't thank Dina and the team enough. I decided that I wanted a snowflake diamond engagement ring to ask my girlfriend to marry me with. I spotted a ring that diamond violet had advertised on etsy. I emailed DV to ask if they still had the ring but was disappointed to find out it had sold the day before. Din a asked if there was any other jewellery I was interested in and when I explained that I wasn't because of my plan she quickly offered to make a matching pendant into a replica of the ring that had just sold! I was very pleased, paid immediately and the ring arrived only 3 days later! Looking absolutely amazing! I plan to pop the question on Christmas day and because of the great ring DV made for me I have no doubt she will say yes! I can't wait to ask her and to be able to tell her the story of how I got it.

Quality Product - Excellent Personal Service

I contacted Dina looking for a new ring . She responded timely with the details on what to expect from a cost perspective but noted that there was nothing readily available. Once a ring came in meeting my request she immediately offered to let me see the details, review the photos and contact my husband. Dina did not want to "sell" me a product that would be "too big" for my finger or "too much" for my budget. She was amazing to work with at every step through my purchase, funds transfer, shipping and ultimately following up to ensure I was 100% satisfied. My ring came with all the paperwork that was outlined in the description and appraised locally even slightly higher than represented. Amazing!

Dina & company were excellent in helping me pick out an engagement ring, their inventory of options were fantastic, and there was no pressure what so ever from the staff.
